Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales at Venes Hair are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All shipping fees, processing fees, and currency conversion charges are non-refundable.

Please note that payments made in foreign currencies may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and processing fees, which are not controlled by Venes Hair and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We understand that exceptional experiences matter. While refunds are not available, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product must remain unaltered — no cutting, styling, colouring, or product application
  • Lace must remain uncut and intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Once the item is received and inspected, we may offer:

  • An exchange for a product of equal value, or
  • Store credit where applicable

Venes Hair reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customised or made-to-order units
  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, altered, or tampered with
  • Products with removed seals or compromised packaging

Shipping for Exchanges

All return shipping, handling, and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Venes Hair is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges will only be processed once the original item has been received and approved.


Processing Fees
  • Expedited production or priority processing fees are non-refundable
  • Any financial transaction or conversion fees incurred during purchase are non-refundable

Cancellations

All Venes Hair units are crafted to your specifications, and production begins shortly after your order is placed.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase
  • After 48 hours, orders are considered in production and cannot be cancelled
  • Late cancellation requests will not be accommodated, and full payment will be retained
